Soon Is Now
Soon Is Now is a climate and ecology-themed arts organization producing exhibitions, live performances, residencies, and artist-led workshops on the Hudson River in Beacon, NY. Founded by Eve Morgenstern, the annual festival brings original work by artists engaging with environmental themes to Scenic Hudson's Long Dock Park. The park is a former industrial brownfield transformed into a resilient, sustainable public space. Soon Is Now has been supported by New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA), New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), and Anonymous Was a Woman Environmental Art Grant.
Together in this ongoing collaboration, we develop marketing strategy, create posters and postcards, strategize social media content, and plan both distribution and campaign sequencing to build the audience ahead of the September festival.

Creativity is a current that flows from a shared vision.
Now entering its third year, the collaboration continues to grow alongside the festival itself. What began as a poster commission has become an ongoing creative partnership rooted in shared values and a deep belief in the power of community to inspire global change.
The intersection of design and kinship.
For the past two years Amy White Eyes has also participated in Soon Is Now by leading herbal workshops and plant walks with Mugwort, which grows abundantly throughout Long Dock Park. The systems of plants have always inspired this work. How they organize, communicate, and thrive together in community is the same invitation the design practice extends: slow down, offer your attention, and remember that we are all connected.
